Royal Casting Club de Belgique: Activities for the season 2k12

The following list outlines the official activities proposed for 2012. Complementary activities and improvised fishing sessions are decided in the course of the year.

Saturday February 4^th	General Assembly and Dinner.
Sunday March 11^th	First leg of the Club casting competition at the Ten Reuken lake. As usual the members will meet there between 9 and 10 in the morning. We will spend the day together and lunch at our favourite cafe, square du vieux Tilleul
Saturday March 17^th	Opening of the trout fishing season and traditionnal dinner at the rented place.
April 28 ^th – May 1st	Fishing trip to the Ostvoornsemeer (NL) – Fishing for large trout with dry bibio imitations.
Sat May 12 or Sun 13^th	Entomology field trip on the river Bocq and carrier streams. Evaluation of biodiversity and water quality through the identification of invertebrae samples collected. Fishing.
Saturday May 25^th to June 3^d	Club's Fishing trip
Saturday June 23^d or 30	This year's new activity: One youngster, one Castingboy (or girl)
Wednesday june 27^th	The President’s garden party at his Tervuren residence. Meeting at 19h30.
July and August	Evening rises
September 29^th and 30^th	Closure of the trout fishing season and evening dinner at the Degeorge Family Villers-sur-Lesse residence.
Saturday October 13^th	Second leg of the Club casting competition at Sylvie and Attila's.

Every Tuesday night an informal meeting is held at the Square du vieux Tilleul, starting at 20 hrs. Call 0470/516542 before a first visit.

Spring and Summer: Casting tuition and training from the Ten Reuken platform. Starts 18h30.
Autumn and Winter: Advanced level theory and practice sessions, fly tying.
